The ACE Network

You Make the Offer. They Make the Choice.

This is the ACE Network model. Instead of buying someone's details, you send a real offer — and the consumer decides whether to connect with you.

The model

Four steps.

  1. 01

Choose the audience you want to reach.

You pick the kind of customer and the area.

  2. 02

    Attach a real gift-card offer.

Real value, not a discount code.

  3. 03

The consumer reviews the offer and chooses whether to accept.

Anything they need to do is explained before they accept.

  4. 04

Approved information is shared with your business after acceptance and permission.

    No acceptance, no sharing.

Consumer choice

The person stays in control.

Hidden first

Consumer identities remain hidden from the prospective business before acceptance.

Opt-in only

Joining the ACE Network requires explicit opt-in from the consumer.

Per-business permission

Joining the network does not automatically authorize every business to access that consumer's information.

A simple example

One consumer. Two businesses.

A consumer first connects with a roofing company. Later, another business can send a relevant offer. That second business receives the approved information only if the consumer chooses to accept and authorize sharing.

Accepting an offer is not the same as immediately receiving a gift card. If the offer asks the person to do something first, that is explained clearly before they accept. This describes how the ACE Network is designed to work; it is a plain-language explanation, not legal terms.
