Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ACE website at www.acegenerates.com and participation in ACE Alerts. ACE Advertising LLC is a Texas limited liability company doing business as ACE ("ACE," "we," "us" or "our"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Separate service agreements, campaign terms and ACE Data terms may apply to specific services. These website Terms do not replace those agreements or the separate ACE Direct app privacy policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, submit information or participate in our messaging programs. If you act on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Use the site for lawful purposes and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others, submit information without permission, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code or misuse our content or services. We may restrict access for misuse or violations of these Terms.

ACE's content, branding, software and technology are owned by ACE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. ACE's technology is patented under U.S. Patent No. 11,847,634. Using this site does not transfer ownership or grant a right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our intellectual property without permission. Third-party names, logos and gift card brands belong to their respective owners.

Rewards are issued after a qualifying verified action under the applicable campaign's rules. Eligibility, the action required and any additional conditions are described in the relevant offer. Recipients have 30 days to activate a reward; if it is not activated within that period, the reward expires. Reissuance is at ACE's discretion.

Activated gift cards are subject to the issuing brand's terms and applicable law. Rewards may not be obtained through fraud, duplicate claims or misuse. A brand's gift card appearing in a campaign does not mean the brand endorses ACE.

ACE Alerts

ACE, and the businesses ACE runs campaigns for, send text messages and prerecorded/ringless voicemail messages about offers, rewards and gift cards, appointments, account updates, and follow-ups to people who have opted in.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking an unchecked consent box when submitting a form on our website or a client landing page we operate, or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not mean you have opted in.

Opt out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT all work. To stop voicemail messages, reply STOP by text or email Kel@acegenerates.com.

To the extent permitted by law, this site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content or a particular business result. Third-party services and websites are subject to their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Separate signed service agreements may establish different liability terms for those services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the last-updated date. Changes apply from posting unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Any new consent required by law will be obtained separately.
