This Privacy Policy describes how ACE Advertising LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as ACE ("ACE," "we," "us" or "our"), handles information collected through www.acegenerates.com and client campaign landing pages we operate. Separate ACE Data agreements and the ACE Direct app privacy policy remain separate and are not replaced by this policy.

• Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, company and job title.
• Form submissions, requests, communications and information you choose to provide.
• Gift card activation data, reward eligibility and verified-action information, including activation status and related activity.
• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, visit times, referring websites and engagement with links.
• Cookies and pixels used for analytics, advertising and website visitor identification, including services that may associate visits with a person or business. We use services including DataMoon and Meta pixels, subject to applicable consent requirements and your choices.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as messaging platforms) who help us deliver messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
